Charles Leslie Thrasher (1889-1936) was a renowned American illustrator, whose work is often viewed as similar to Norman Rockwell, because of both his Americana themes and realistic style. He was known for his cover art for the Saturday Evening Post and for Liberty Magazine, doing 360 covers for the latter publication. He died of complications from his injuries during a house fire...
