Photograph printed from negative on heavy card stock, likely glass plate daguerrotype litho - sepia tinged. Image measures 8x10 " - actual card stock measures 11x9-1/2". Wonderful historic photo, very suitable for proper framing. Originally part of a comemorative album from the Hon. Duncan E. McKinley. Image is circa 1915, shows a view of the Grand Canyon of the Colorado as would have been seen by those approaching California from the southwest - taken from a high vantage point - very similar to Ansel Adams work.
